Upcycled Jewellery

For some time now, I have been working on an upcycling project by purchasing beads in seconhand shop. Most of them used for other items like a beaded old handback, candle decorations and table pads.

 

I am also working with used bicycle tire tubes to create edgy jewellery.

 

 

Knitting

I have been knitting for many years and find it a great way of working with silhouettes and textures. 

So far I have made socks, gloves, scarfts, hats and sweathers (seen on the pictures)

Sewing & Photoshop

Here is some of my own design I have made into wearable garments. I have played with photoshop to present the garments.

DESIGN & SEWING

I also design and make close for my self and other occasions. I always look for new things to do and if I want to try something, I go for it.

Costumes

 

I like dressing up and then it is important to have the right costume. That is why I create costumes for special occations. Lates is my Alice in Wonderland Costume.

 

I was part of the design and sewing team at a school musical project where I created the showing costumes for Moulin Rouge.

 

Kopenhagen Fur Internship Project

 

During my internship at Kopenhagen Fur I experimentet with different techniques for working with seal skin.

I made a top hat as an end result out of scrabs from the skins.

The skins are from Great Greenland who has a sustainable approach towards the local area, hunting and use of the seal.

Mongolian Rally 2014

 

I designed a print for my friends who entered the Mongolian Rally Summer 2014, driving from London to Mongolia in an old wan to raise money to hospitals and kids in Mongolia. Printet on organic cotton t-shirts
